Patrick Darragh / Cycling Coach
Patrick was educated at Texas A&M, College Station, and got a B.A. in MIS. He then earned an MBA at St. Mary's university, San Antonio Texas, MBA.
Patrick has a true passion with proven results in the areas of cycling and running. The secret to his success and the basis of his coaching philosophy is working out in zones, focusing on quality and not quantity, and understanding the body.
Some of Patrick's career highlights are:
Cycling Experience:
-Raced with Team ATC in 2009 at Cat 5
-Cat 5 State Time Trial champ
-Won Ft. Davis 35 + 4/5 stage race.
-Won Joe Martin stage cat 5 stage race.
-4th overall in the State P1/2 state time trial with a time of 51:07.
-4th overall in the Uber division at Tour de Gruene Time Trial with a time of 35:07.
-Competed in 8 other road races in 35 + 4/5 with pack finishes.
Running Experience:
-Completed in 9 marathons since 2005, 5 of them finishing under 2:46, with a Personal Record of 2:40:39 in the 2008 Austin Marathon.
-Completed Ironman Arizona 2007 - 11:20
-Completed Half Ironman Iron Star 2005 - 5:05.
-Completed several short course duathlons and triathlon s over the past 5 years.
Yancy Culp / Running Coach

Yancy is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer and co-owner of sCULPture Nutrition & Fitness. Yancy is dedicated to empowering both competitive and novice runners to compete at the next level.
Yancy’s love of fitness began in high school, where he actively participated in football, track & field, power lifting, and cross-country. His list of accomplishments includes state medalist at the Texas State Track Meet and Texoma Powerlifting Champion, as well as distinguished performances at the University of North Texas and in the Navy.
Yancy played Semi-Pro Football for the San Diego North County Cheetahs, where he had the opportunity to train with professional athletes who come to San Diego for off-season workouts. Yancy has incorporated many of the techniques he learned over the years into his client’s personal fitness programs.
Today Yancy trains numerous local blue chip high school and middle school athletes, many of whom are track & field and cross-country standouts. When he’s not helping other improve their performance, Yancy competes at the national level during the indoor and outdoor track & field season, where his list of wins and places is way too long to list.
Amy Bybee / Swim & Strength and Conditioning Coach
Amy has committed almost a decade her life to fitness and aquatics. She holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science and Biology as well as the top certifications available in fitness and aquatics. As a CSCS through NSCA she can train athletes in a way that focuses on the specificity of the sport to govern improvement in overall power, flexibility and success. She is also certified personal trainer through the ACSM. By working one on one she can focus on the individual needs of each athlete and prescribe exercises to aid in their triathlon training. With nine years of experience as a coach, and swimming instructor she effectively utilizes her knowledge base working with athletes in stroke refinement to improve speed and endurance in the water. Amy’s belief in balance is translated to connect mind, body, and spirit.
