Daniel Lanzillotti / Running Coach
“Some of us are running for the competition, personal bests, staying healthy, social reasons, relieving stress, spiritual freedom, or to just begin and try something completely new and challenging. Some of us like to know that we have pushed our minds and bodies to another level we didn’t know existed. I have run for all of these reasons and more, but it all comes down to self-satisfaction, having fun, and finding purpose in your running and life. For whatever reason you decide to run, I am here to listen and to coach you to become the best runner or triathlete you would like to be.””
